Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 24/12/2025
1. Appointment Cancellation
- Appointment cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Failure to cancel within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of consultation fees.
2. Refund Policy
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been availed.
- Diagnostic tests and procedures once initiated are non-refundable.
- Treatment package refunds, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of treatment and expenses already incurred.
3. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
4. Treatment Discontinuation
If treatment is discontinued by the patient for personal reasons, Preksha IVF is not obligated to refund any unused amount unless explicitly agreed in writing.
